At U.S. Bank, I lead a 30+ member team developing secure, scalable frontend solutions for Mobile and Online Banking. I oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects with Agile teams, ensuring strategic execution and timely delivery while managing onsite-offshore collaboration across three SCRUM Agile teams. Leveraging AI/ML technologies, I optimize payment systems, enhance user experience, and drive efficiency in digital finance.
